This Cookie Policy explains how EYTAK LIMITED ("Eytak", "we", "us", or "our") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies when you visit our website and use our Minecraft server hosting platform.
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently, provide analytics information, and enable personalized experiences. Cookies can be "session" cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or "persistent" cookies (remain until they expire or you delete them).
Three things, and nothing else. Cookies that sign you in and carry a Google sign-in safely across the redirect back to us — these are necessary and always on. Then two you choose separately: Google Analytics, which tells us which pages are visited and roughly where visitors came from; and advertising measurement — the Google Ads tag and the OpenAI (ChatGPT) ads pixel — which tells us whether an advert we paid for led to a sign-up or a purchase. Both are off until you say otherwise, and each is its own answer — you can have analytics without advertising. We do not follow you around other websites to build a profile of you, and we do not sell your data. Your answer covers both this website and the customer panel, because the record of it is stored on eytak.com and all its subdomains read it.
When you are signed in to the panel we record which steps of a flow you reach — how far through creating a server you got, for example — so we can see where people get stuck. That happens on our own servers, against the session you are already signed in on. It sets no cookie and stores nothing on your device, which is why it is not one of the choices above and not listed in the table. The Privacy Policy describes it in section 8, including the basis we rely on and how to object.
Both optional categories are off by default and stay off until you say otherwise. The banner offers three answers and each is a single click: accept both, accept analytics only, or reject both. Refusing is never more work than agreeing, and it leaves every part of the site working exactly as it would have. You can change your mind whenever you like through “Cookie settings” in the footer of any page. When you withdraw consent for a category we stop that tag and delete the cookies it had already placed on your device — and only that category's, so changing one answer does not quietly reset the other.
Google and OpenAI are the only third parties that set cookies on our pages, and only for the categories you have accepted — OpenAI only if you accept marketing. Our Google tag states your answer to Google explicitly: if you accept analytics but refuse marketing, it tells Google that advertising storage, advertising personalisation and ad-user-data are all refused, and the measurement is then not used to build advertising audiences or to personalise ads. If you accept marketing, those are switched on and Google may use what it records to attribute a sign-up to an advert and to show you our adverts again. The OpenAI pixel is not loaded at all until you accept marketing; once it is, OpenAI uses what it records to attribute a sign-up or purchase to an advert shown in ChatGPT. Payments are taken on Polar's own hosted checkout and signing in with Google happens on Google's own screen — in both cases you leave our site and that provider's own policies govern their page.
Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to change either answer at any time. Separately, most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. That works on ours too, but blocking the strictly necessary ones will stop you signing in.
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. There is no agreed standard for what a website should do with it, so we do not rely on it either way — the banner is the control, and both optional categories stay off until you use it to say otherwise.
If we add a further non-essential cookie, this page will be updated and you will be asked again before it is set. Your existing answer covers the cookies listed on this page and nothing beyond them.
These are needed for the site to work at all — signing in and remembering the answer you gave about analytics. They cannot be turned off, and they do not require your consent.

Google Analytics, which tells us which pages people visit and how they arrived. It is off until you accept it, and rejecting it changes nothing about how the site works. If you accept and later change your mind, use “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page — we switch the tag off and delete the cookies below. This category is separate from Marketing: accepting analytics alone is one click on the banner and leaves the advertising cookies off.

Two advertising tags: the Google Ads tag (AW-18460710800) and the OpenAI Ads pixel (59EefC1Q2HECP7rjFmgfBj). We advertise on Google and in ChatGPT, and these tell us whether an advert someone clicked led to them signing up or buying — without them we are paying for clicks we cannot account for. When you type your email address into one of our forms, the OpenAI pixel turns it into a one-way code (a SHA-256 hash) in your browser and sends only that code, so OpenAI can match a sign-up to an advert; the address itself is not sent. Both are off until you accept them, they are a separate answer from analytics, and refusing changes nothing about how the site works. We do not sell your data.
