2. ²An empty server freezes after a delay you choose, anywhere from a minute to a day, and the next player to connect wakes it. On a package this saves the machine rather than your money — the period runs its full length whether the server is awake or asleep. On a metered plan it stops the CPU and memory meters: the heap is written out to disk and charged at the disk rate, and the disk itself stays allocated so the world survives.⁠↩
3. ³A package is one order, for one server, for 30 days. No card is kept on file and nothing renews on its own; a reminder goes out 3 days before the period ends. When it ends the server stops and is kept for 7 days, and a backup can still be recovered for a further 7 days after that. The figures beside each name are ceilings the container may reach, not resources reserved for it. A package order carries the same fourteen-day cancellation right as any other paid order.⁠↩
4. ⁴On a metered plan, CPU, memory, disk and retained backup storage are measured every second a server holds them, and a server takes more CPU and memory on its own as it needs them — up to 4 vCPU / 8 GB on Starter and 8 vCPU / 32 GB on Pro, across 5 and 10 servers respectively. Each plan includes a monthly usage credit and only what goes beyond it is invoiced; the amounts and the per-second rates are on the pricing page. A new account can start with no card at all: usage credit for 24 hours, after which the server stops and is kept for 7 days.⁠↩
5. ⁵The wizard offers Vanilla, Paper, Purpur, Spigot, Fabric, Forge, NeoForge, Quilt. The Bukkit family — Paper, Purpur, Spigot — installs plugins; Fabric, Forge, NeoForge, Quilt install mods and one-click modpacks from Modrinth and CurseForge. Minecraft versions run from 1.8 to the current release, and only the pairs a real build exists for are offered, which is why NeoForge appears on stable versions only. Changing either after creation is a reinstall, and the panel says before you start whether the world comes with you.⁠↩
6. ⁶Bedrock support is a switch, not a default. Turning it on installs Geyser and Floodgate and publishes a second address and port for Bedrock players, who sign in with the Xbox account they already play on. It needs software from the Bukkit family — Paper, Purpur, Spigot — and Minecraft 1.20.5 or newer, because older versions run on a Java that cannot load the plugin.⁠↩
7. ⁷A snapshot of the world is taken once a day, verified before it counts as stored, and kept away from the machine the server runs on. Take one on demand or restore any of them from the panel. Retention follows the tier — 1 on the trial, 3 on Starter and on Stone, Copper, 7 on Pro and on Iron, Diamond, Netherite — and older ones are pruned. Retained snapshots are metered at £0.000000019 per GB per second on a plan; a package carries its tier at no extra charge. There is no automatic failover between locations: a bad day costs a restore rather than a world.⁠↩
8. ⁸Servers run in Falkenstein, Madrid, and the wizard measures your real round-trip to each before you commit. Each server is its own container with its own memory ceiling, its own port and its own persistent world volume, behind network-level attack filtering, with no bandwidth cap and no traffic charge. Every server gets a free subdomain you can rename, and the panel issues the exact TXT and CNAME records for a domain of your own and then verifies them. A mod that wants a port of its own — voice chat, a map viewer — can have one where the region supports it, and opening or closing it restarts the server. Delete a server and its container, its world volume and its logs go with it, and the meters stop.⁠↩
9. ⁹The console streams output live, keeps the history searchable and runs what you type over RCON. The files tab is the real directory, text files opening in an editor, up to 64 MB per upload and 8 MB per download, and never anything outside your own volume. Players covers who is online plus the whitelist, operators and bans, applied over RCON while the server runs and written to the JSON files while it is stopped. A scheduled task runs a restart, a start, a stop, a backup or a console command on a time of day or an interval no shorter than 30 minutes, up to 10 per server, each showing its next run and how the last one went. Alongside them: a format-aware editor for server.properties and anything under config and plugins, gameplay settings as toggles instead of a properties file, world import from a zip, live CPU, memory, disk and player counts reported by the agent on your node, and a record of every start, stop, restart, backup and restore with its outcome.⁠↩
10. ¹⁰A workspace holds more than one person: invite by email as owner, admin, member or viewer, and the role is enforced on the API rather than hidden in the interface. API tokens are scoped to what they need — read servers, manage servers, read billing — and revoked one at a time, and webhooks deliver the events the platform really emits, with retries and a delivery log you can inspect. Support is a ticket in the panel with a priority and a category, answered around the clock by an AI agent that hands over to a person when it should. Your account page exports everything held about you and starts a deletion without an email to write, and the usage ledger breaks each second down by resource, so a figure on an invoice traces back to what ran.⁠↩
