Security reports go straight to Arda rather than to a shared inbox, and Arda triages every one personally and follows it through until it is resolved.

What to send
You do not need a polished write-up. These four things are what let us reproduce it quickly.
While you look
Our customers' servers and data are live. Testing that respects them is welcome; testing that harms them is not.
What we do
You hear back from a person, not an auto-responder, confirming we have your report.
We tell you what we found, what we are changing, and when the fix is live.
With your permission we name you as the person who found it. Without it, we never do.
